  • Bodo minimus Klebs 1893 - freshwater; isolated from water samples from meromictic lake Trekhtzvetnoe (Mindolina, 2025).
  • Bodo saltans Ehrenberg 1832 - freshwater, marine; in plankton of meromictic lake Trekhtzvetnoe (Mindolina, 2025).

Genus Rhynchomonas Klebs, 1892

  • Rhynchomonas nasuta (Stokes) Klebs, 1892 - marine and freshwater heterotroph. Found in semi-isolated coastal stratified lake Kislo-Sladkoe (Mindolina et al., 2023); isolated from water samples from meromictic lake Trekhtzvetnoe (Mindolina, 2025).
